Gear Builder provides a web-based tool for designing and simulating gears. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time.
To access certain features (like SVG export), you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Paid services are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. All inquiries regarding payments, taxes, and refunds should be directed to Lemon Squeezy or handled via their customer portal.
The designs you generate using the tool are your property. The software itself, code, and graphics are the property of Gear Builder.
The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gear Builder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
In no event shall Gear Builder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
